HJ‘s Time to Care Week, sponsored by Wella Professionals is taking place from 18 May to 22 May. The week coincides with the UK’s national Mental Health Awareness Week and the idea is to give you a week filled with a mix of fun, uplifting and informative content that will help you to take care of yourself, your team members and your clients during these difficult times.

Hairdressers Journal International‘s editor Laura Husband said: “Be kind is a phrase that is easy to say but much more difficult to implement. We hope that HJ‘s Time to Care Week, sponsored by Wella Professionals will help you to find new ways to be kind to yourself during these times of uncertainty and worry. We also hope that you will be inspired to share random acts of kindness with your colleagues and clients who might be feeling lonely, stressed or anxious.”

HJ’s Time to Care Week Content Not to be Missed This Week:

Time to Care Week will include everything from uplifting Spotify playlists, positive Pinterest pins and yoga poses to random acts of kindness ideas and how to master the art of being an unofficial therapist behind the chair.

On HJ’s Instagram grid we will be sharing the lifestyle changes and hobbies that Wella Professionals artists have adopted to take care of themselves during lockdown to inspire you.
