Baftas 2015: best tressed guests BAFTAs 2015 Best Hair - Felicity Jones It might be the biggest night in British film, but the BAFTAs 2015 also served up some sartorial style inspiration and seriously good hair. Here we take a look at some of our favourites! Felicity Jones We say: We love the 60s vibe of Felicity's styling, with a soft centre-parted fringe and a hint of volume through the top. Classic, London cool with a vintage twist. They say: "Felicity's updo is effortless yet glamourous at the same time. A red carpet winner." Anya Dellicompagni, Francesco Group BAFTAs 2015 Best Hair - Hayley Atwell Hayley Atwell We say: Hayley was one of several stars who opted for side-slung curls, bringing a bit of old Hollywood glamour to the BAFTAs. A super glossy high-shine finish brings to life the colour on her curls. They say: "Hayley’s curls look great with her shiny hair and with wearing her hair tucked to one-side shows off her face better – however I think her golden orange smokey eye looks a bit too much with her hair colour. Her glossy locks makes her hair look healthy and effortlessly sophisticated for the red carpet." Karen Brown, Hair by JFK BAFTAs 2015 Best Hair - Jenna Coleman Jenna Coleman We say: We love the youthful feel of Jenna's look. Styled in loose waves and pulled back into a casual updo, the glittering hair accessory is the perfect finishing touch. They say: "Jenna’s polished wavy bob is oozing with elegance and is an ideal style for her short-medium length hair. She shows that shorter hairstyles can be glammed up for evenings with this classic look. Her mixed copper highlights also add shine and reflective tones to her hair." Karen Brown, Hair by JFK BAFTAs 2015 Best Hair - Keira Knightley Keira Knightley We say: Keira's styling might be simple, but these smooth, glossy waves are a red-carpet classic and enhance the ethereal feel of her Giambattista Valli gown. They say: "I love this natural look on Keira – she is glowing with pregnancy beauty! Her brunette locks with warm and cool browns mixed together give a multi-tonal effect which is very on trend just now and complements her pale skin tone. Her deep side parting also accentuates her face shape nicely." Glenn Malloy, Spoiled Hairdressing BAFTAs 2015 Best Hair - Laura Bailey Laura Bailey We say: Laura Bailey keeps things simple with this strict centre-parted style, which matches the high neck and minimalist mood of her white gown perfectly. They say: "Laura Bailey was my favourite look of the evening. Her dress is a stunning statement so her simplistic hair works really well, the centre parting shows off her great face. Less is more!" Anya Dellicompagni, Francesco Group BAFTAs 2015 Best Hair - Laura Haddock Laura Haddock We say: Laura also opted for a centre-parted style, but the braided bun she finished her hair in kept the look romantic in keeping with that frothy tulle frock. They say: "This updo works beautifully with the classic cut and colour of the dress . Laura keeps the look simple but there's still elegance thanks to those earrings which she's perfectly showing off." Suzie McGill, Rainbow Room International  BAFTAs 2015 Best Hair - Lea Seydoux and Monica Bellucci Monica Bellucci and Lea Seydoux We say: Easily our favourites on the night, these two were the most stylish duo on the red carpet by far. Monica stayed true to her usual styling, with a strong centre part and sleek, immaculately ironed lengths. Lea's style nodded to a bygone age, with a perfect blow-dry and rolled-under ends. They say: "This look is major at the moment for women with long locks as it’s simple yet glamourous. It's shiny and sleek and worn discreetly behind her ear, allows her earrings to add even more sophistication to the look."  "Vintage red carpet waves are a classic red carpet style. The fact that Lea's teamed her vintage hair with a vintage inspired dress really gives the look an old Hollywood vibe." Suzie McGill, Rainbow Room International  BAFTAs 2015 Best Hair - Olivia Grant Olivia Grant We say: Olivia's long red hair and natural curls make a statement without any other effort, but we'd love to have seen them amplified from root to tip for some serious drama, or side-parted and sleek in more of an old Hollywood style. They say: "This look is very natural and effortless. Olivia's curls have been created to work with her own natural texture, giving the look a simplistic feel. The length of her hair complements her dress nicely too." Suzie McGill, Rainbow Room International  BAFTAs 2015 Best Hair - Romola Garai Romola Garai We say: Another star who opted for a centre parting and simple styling, Romola Garai wasn't our favourite on the night, but a sleek look was definitely the right choice for this colourful outfit combo. They say: "This look is always popular at the BAFTAs as it's simple and pretty great with high necklines. The soft pieces around her face add a femininity to the look too." Suzie McGill, Rainbow Room International  BAFTAs 2015 Best Hair - Rosamund Pike Rosamund Pike We say: Rosamund is one of the many starlets who's gone the way of the lob this year and we love this cut on her. The cool, undone waves are the perfect pairing for her black dress, giving it that trademark London edge. They say: "Rosamund Pike is really showcasing her new look; it’s great on her. Very flattering. I love the length on her. The midi is so versatile and still looks glamourous and sexy as it shows off her neck and shoulders." Suzie McGill, Rainbow Room International  BAFTAs 2015 Best Hair - Sienna Guillory Sienna Guillory We say: You can't beat a redhead in green as Sienna Guillory proves with this elegant look. We love how her side-swept waves bring to life the subtle changes in her shade. They say: "Sienna’s soft auburn colour is very cool and sophisticated and by adding in curls is a great way for her to experiment with her lighter ends. This is a very sophisticated look with an edgy-feel by being pulled over to one side which Sienna pulls off very well." Glenn Malloy, Spoiled Hairdressing BAFTAs 2015 Best Hair -Julianne Moore Julianne Moore We say: Proving without doubt that redheads most certainly can wear red, Best Actress winner Julianne Moore rocked the hell out of this Tom Ford gown. With such a high neckline and detailing, we'd usually prefer hair up, but these slightly tousled waves add to the 70s mood of this look perfectly. They say: "Julianne’s elegant waves work so well with the style of her dress. Her red dress really complements her hair colour too." Anya Dellicompagni, Francesco Group BAFTAs 2015 Best Hair -Julie Walters Julie Walters We say: Julie proves that grey hair can be super cool with this slightly tousled texture on her crop. How perfect is that colour with the silver sequins too? Told you it was all about shades of grey in 2015. They say: "One thing we love at Hair by JFK is older women embracing their natural greys and Julie Walters does just that! Short, choppy layers throughout the hair give an illusion of more body and volume rather than the usual thinning hair in older women. Her shorter layers also create texture giving Julie a glamorous look for the red carpet." Karen Brown, Hair by JFK BAFTAs 2015 Best Hair -Reese Witherspoon Reese Witherspoon We say: Reese also opted for a more dishevelled finish to her waves. We just love this slightly slept-on vibe that we're seeing stars rocking more of - gone are the days of the immaculate blow-dry. They say: "Reese always looks amazing on the red carpet. Her hair is perfectly styled; it’s soft but has an undone, glamorous feel. She’s one of my favourite blondes." Suzie McGill, Rainbow Room International BAFTAs 2015 Best Hair -Sarah Jane Crawford Sarah Jane Crawford We say: Sarah Jane had an old Hollywood vibe with her side-swept curls, finished with extra glossy polish. They say: "Her elegantly set waves take longer to achieve, but it’s so worth it as the style oozes glamour." Suzie McGill, Rainbow Room International   BAFTAs 2015 Best Tressed Guests - Amy Adams Amy Adams We say: We're used to seeing Amy with updos and vintage-inspired styles, but this poker-straight look makes for a smart match to her sleek white column dress. They say: "Amy’s beautiful rich copper tone does all of the talking so wearing her hair down and super sleek really lets her hair take centre  stage. If you have a warm complexion, copper tones will give you an amazing glow." Anya Dellicompagni, Francesco Group BAFTAs 2015 Best Tressed Guests - Anne Marie Duff Anne-Marie Duff We say: Anne-Marie was one of our favourites on the night, with a braided and curled Grecian-inspired updo. Assuming that's a fake piece of hair making up the band, the colour match couldn't be better! They say: "Her look is stunning, it’s so pretty. The addition of the braided headband gives her look a real whimsical feel." Anya Dellicompagni, Francesco Group galleryWidgetDec14   [Images: Rex Features]
