L'oréal professional products division salon emotion virtual training schedule L’Oréal Professional Products Division’s Salon Emotion virtual training session is a streamlined version of the course with weekly webinars on Access, the Division’s online education platform. Salon Emotion, which was created by L’Oréal Professional's portfolio of brands (L’Oréal Professionnel, Redken, Kérastase, Matrix, Pulp Riot – to name a few), is a concept that is designed to help enhance and elevate all touchpoints of the customer journey experience. The Salon Emotion virtual training course covers everything from a salon’s online and digital footprint, to the in-salon appointment experience. As Salon Emotion live roadshows cannot currently take place, the team have condensed training to support salons who wish to continue development during the coronavirus lockdown.
