L'oréal launches salon emotion in session virtual event

L’Oréal Professional Products is hosting its first Salon Emotion in Session virtual event on 6 to 7 April to help salons transform their consumer experience while reopening safely.
Salon Emotion, which was created by L’Oréal Professional’s portfolio of brands, including L’Oréal Professionnel Paris, Redken, Kérastase, Matrix and Pulp Riot is a concept designed to help enhance and elevate all touch points of the salon client journey experience.
The Salon Emotion In Session Virtual Event is officially open for registrations, and it is open to all hair professionals across the globe.

What is the Salon Emotion in Session Virtual Event?
Salon Emotion breaks down the salon experience into four key pillars: The Physical, Emotional, Digital, and Sustainable – all having an impact on a client’s experience and the success of the salon.
As part of the Salon Emotion programme, the expert panel support salons to help elevate and curate an environment and consumer journey that is memorable at every step – from total salon refits to subtle enhancements.
The Salon Emotion In Session Virtual Event features two live virtual sessions via the L’Oréal Access educational platform, which will include expert speakers to cover all the steps of the Salon Emotion journey and key pillars from Consumer Behaviour to Digital Advice and Social Media Tips. The Virtual sessions will also offer participants access to on-demand content as well as three LIVE ‘Salon e-Motion Talks’ workshops to deep dive even further into the content, such as an Instagram Story School hosted by Instagram, a focus on sustainability in partnership with Green Salon Collective and a session with Special Guest Mesart Hair Salon on reinventing the salon space. Attendees must be available to attend both ‘Salon Emotion In Session’ LIVE events to complete the course and receive the certificate.
