Tigi offers support to hairdressing community With the coronavirus lockdown extended for another three weeks, hair brand TIGI is providing support to the hair industry by offering salon advice, education and resources to its community on tigifuse.com and its social media channels. Additionally, it’s latest website, weareonetigi.com, will share information on social media initiatives, as well as Government updates for hairdressers and a complimentary social media package, available for hairdressers to help them stay in touch with clients. “Our wonderful hairdressing industry is founded on creativity, skill and relationships. I hope that you are all staying safe and my thoughts are with you in these difficult times,” says TIGI founder, Anthony Mascolo. “My team and I are here for you and will support you in the best way that we can.” The TIGI sales managers and customer service team are also available to answer any questions you may have during this time on 01525 621460 or [email protected]. You can also develop your skills with education on TIGI’s instagram, where TIGI educators and ambassadors will be hosting live virtual sessions, offering training and advice to hairdressers during the coronavirus lockdown. As part of their social media toolbox, you can also download a free social media guide to help hairdressers and salon owners to stay in touch with their clients. The kit includes dynamic posts with TIGI’s award-winning brands, as well as ideas, inspiration and competitions to keep clients engaged with your business. TIGI will also be posting training and tips on their social media channels in the coming weeks. Additionally, TIGI’s parent company Unilever, which encompasses more than 400 consumer brands worldwide, is donating €100m worth of soap, sanitiser, bleach and food to help protect livelihoods during the coronavirus pandemic. It joins many other hair brands distributing hand sanitiser and hair salons pledging their support to the NHS during the coronavirus pandemic.
