Taken straight from the fashion catwalks, this seasons must have do has go to be the unicorn braid.

Seen at Felder Felder during London Fashion Week, head stylist Tatiana Karelina took inspiration from the bold, confident and feminine Felder Felder woman; cool, effortless and just a little bit rock 'n' roll, the essence of the sisters' signature style.

The Brief:

Natural hair with no brushing, tonging or combing. Easy texture giving a modern finish - loose but not messy, a punk princess with a little magic thrown in with Unicorn Braids.

Get the Look:

The hair was adapted to the girls' individuality - some had centre parting braids, some had clip in pieces for volume, while girls with shorter hair wore it natural.

1. Hair was prepped with L'Oreal Professionnel Techni Art Fix Design, Fudge Urban sea salt spray and water spray.

2. Then the key look - an edgy 3 dimensional 'inside out' French braid - was introduced along the centre parting to capture that rock 'n' roll spirit. A clear elastic band held the hair in place, and a finished knot at the end of the braid hid the elastic.

3. The sides were then roughed up with Batiste dry shampoo to give texture.
