Here is your selection of the best hairstyles, cuts and colours from the BAFTA TV Awards 2021

Jodie Cromer's signature style

https://www.instagram.com/p/CPyW6apDZLq/ "Remaining true to her signature style, Jodie Comer looked effortlessly glamorous at the BAFTA TV Awards 2021. Her hair was styled into loose waves that look a tousled and undone but with a polished feel. This style is the epitome of cool girl/model off duty. The key to nailing this look is the separation of the waves which shows the definition and gives it that ‘undone’ feel. To create this you need to style the hair in smaller sections with your straightening iron or curling tong. Then go in with your fingers to manipulate the waves and separate them whilst giving texture. The perfect relaxed yet chic style." Simon Hill, owner of Sesh Hairdressing

Helena Bonham Carter shows off her individual style

https://www.instagram.com/p/CPx_W_Ns7hW/ "Helena Bonham Carter marched to the beat of her own drum at this years BAFTA’s. At ROAR we are all about embracing who you are and showing off your own style, so Helena’s look was so refreshing. Her hair was gathered up and tied with a scrunchie and she paired with sunglasses. Her hair was almost dishevelled but in the best possible way. Her ponytail had lots of texture and flyaways and loose strands fell around her face to give it that unpolished finish. Helena had a hair accessory and an organza scrunchie in which could have clashed but instead worked in perfect harmony. I loved her look!" Brian 'Leo' McCallum, Owner of Roar Hair and Beauty

Cush Jumbo's über cool buzz cut

https://www.instagram.com/p/CPyR1_4M_oD/ "I loved Cush Jumbo’s hair look at this year's BAFTA’s. Cush sported her recent signature style, the buzz cut, and looked the epitome of cool. Short haircuts and pixie crops are a huge trend for 2021 and I love how Cush has embraced this look, allowing the cut to really show off her beautiful bone structure and facial features. The beauty of this look is that it requires little to no styling and is super low maintenance, aside from requiring regular trips to the salon to keep the length uniform and looking its tidiest. I love that woman are now embracing this cut. Buzz cuts are such an empowering style and for a lot of women this haircut feels incredibly liberating. This style also looks fabulous worn with colour for those who want even more of a statement look and edgy vibe." Suzie McGill, owner of Rainbow Room International's Uddingston Salon

Paul Mescal's contemporary textured fringe

https://www.instagram.com/p/CPyXjnsjNma/ "My favourite men’s look at the BAFTA TV Awards 2021 had to come from Paul Mescal who wore his signature cropped hairstyle with shorter sides and longer length on top. I love that Paul pairs his haircut with a textured fringe, giving the style structure and a more youthful finish. This is such a contemporary haircut for men and looks best when worn effortless like Paul wears it. The best way to create this look is by blow-drying the hair on a low-medium speed using your fingers to break up the hair and to add movement and texture. To add further texture you can then add some texturising spray or a matte hair product to ensure the style looks as natural as possible and although little to no styling has been done." Jim Shaw, owner of TONI&GUY Billericay

Nicola Couglan's sleek blonde bob

https://www.instagram.com/p/CP0BcbxAdl8/ "It was fantastic to see the BAFTA’s back in action last night and finally see some beautiful red carpet looks – with all eyes on the hair for me! Nicola Coughlan was one of my favourite looks of the evening, as she opted for a beautiful straight edged blonde bob, which allowed her beautiful burnt orange dress to stand out – it was the perfect partnership. Emma’s blonde locks were styled into a centre parting and blowdried into a poker straight bob. It was such a simple yet statement look, with the defined cut giving a feeling of strength." David Murray, JOICO European Design team
