It's Party Time with the Snapshot Competition

HJi-Snapshot-competition-Balmain.jpgIt's party season, so we've teamed up with hair extension company Balmain Hair to run a party hair and updos Snapshot Competition for you to showcase your creative talent.

Throughout December 2009 and January 2010, you can upload an image of a hairstyle fit for a festive bash. It can be a photo from your portfolio, something new that you are working on or one of your clients in the salon - the only criteria is that it has to be great looking hair.

BalmainHair.jpgAt the end of the competition, Balmain Hair Global Ambassador Steven Goldsworthy will choose his favourite image from all the photographic entries.

That lucky winner will win £250 worth of hair pieces of their choice from Balmain's Elegance and hairMake-up ready-to-wear ranges.

The Elegance collection makes it easy to vary different hair-up styles, from an elegant curly pony tail to a stylishly braided knot; while hairMake-up consistes of four products Colour Fringe, Colour Accents, Length Extensions and Complete Extensions to transform a look in an instant.

How to Enter

It couldn't be simpler to enter the snapshot competition, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Either raid your portfolio or take a new photograph of a party hairstyle or up-do that you are really proud of.
  2. Upload your image to party hair snapshot gallery on the HJi Community (if you aren't a member you will need to sign up or email it to hji@rbi.co.uk.
  3. Keep your fingers crossed that your photo is Steven Goldsworthy's favourite and then choose the goodies from the Elegance and hairMake-up.
