HJi hearts . . . Arlene Phillips' Chic Mature Style

She may have been dumped from Strictly Come Dancing for young hottie Alesha Dixon but Arlene Phillips has won over a great number of fans.
And it's not just her tough talking and dancing credentials that makes her stand out, she looks fabulous at 66 with a longer soft hairstyle with a beautiful brunette hue.
She's even gained the support of the Minister for Women and Equality Harriet Harman who
has criticised alleged age discrimination by the BBC.
The dance expert and respected choreographer has worked on West End musicals and was a shimmying babe in the Pan's people style dancing group Hot Gossip in the 70s.
Skylar McDonald, seanhanna, thinks that Arlene has got her look spot-on. "Arlene has amazing hair for her age. It looks as though she conditions it regularly as it appears soft and glossy."
Arlene has also been clever with her choice of colour, giving new life to her mature locks. "The rich mocha tone with light reflecting highlights add warmth to her pale complexion whilst her soft waves 
add body and natural movement for a gives her a more youthful appearance. No sign of ageing here Strictly!"
Arlene hasn't let her departure from Strictly get her down and is facing new challenges with a role on The One Show. After the sacking outrage, it's clear that viewers want to see women of all ages on the box.
Arlene's dignity has seen her through and her hair goes to show that it isn't just the younger stars that know how to look glossy on-screen.

Hope the BBC have the sense to bring you back on the panel of SCD. I cant stand the dumb arrogant Alesha, i have boycotted the show.
