Cut

1. Protein spray was applied as a cutting lotion. 2. A centre-back vertical section was taken from the crown down to the nape and point-cut to the required length.

3. Diagonal forward sections were taken and the line continued around to the top of the ear. Front sections at the side were left disconnected. 4. Top sections were overdirected towards the crown to maintain the length at the front.

5. Hair was personalised by channel-cutting.

Colour
colour1-asymmetric-colour-sep26.jpg > colour2-asymmetric-colour-sep26.jpg
1. Hair was pre-lightened. Three curved triangle sections were taken either side of the hairline and through the fringe. A Peach colour was used to edge the back perimeter hairline, creating strength. 2. The side sections behind the triangle section was block coloured with Wood Rose to create softness within the shape of the hair cut.

3. A triangle section was taken from either side of the hairline, the larger triangle was taken from underneath the fringe to create a richer outline through the hair and a deeper base for the lighter fringe to fall over. 4. Both triangle sections were block coloured Deep Peach Tingery. The fringe was then coloured using a Salmon tone.

Styling: Hair was blow-dried smooth then dressed with matte paste
