For Work
I have a beautiful diary by Shepherds of London. I write everything down in it and sketch my hair ideas in there too.

For Sanity
Playing the Brain Training game on my Nintendo DS is an educational way to fill time when travelling. My brain age is a secret though!

For Me
When travelling I have a supply of Shu Uemura Depsea foundation spray, to moisturise my hair and refresh my blow-dry.

For Karma
I carry a Malachite crystal, to amplify positive energy and absorb negative energy. It is also said to enhance intuition and insight.

For Fire
My husband Jason and I are chilli-holics, so we carry dried Tepin chillies – the ultimate in heat – to feed our habit in case we’re in a country where the food is bland!

Forever
My scissors always come with me, even on holiday!
