There is nothing more refreshing than going to a salon where every client is treated as a valued guest and the time you spend there allows you to witness superb customer service - in every sense of the word. The Chapel in Tunbridge Wells is a fantastic example of a destination, where hair and beauty work together in harmony.
Combining hair and beauty services is a challenge, but Toby and Amanda Dicker at The Chapel have got it just right as both treatment areas complement each other perfectly and sit side-by-side with an amazing ease. In the beauty area, relaxation and luxurious treatments normally found in a spa can be enjoyed in a tranquil envrionment with hair cutting and colourning being carried out in a bustle free environment where each 'guest' has their own space in which to relax.
This 'destination' salon operates in a different way to many other salons in a variety of ways, and it certainly seems to be a winning formula.

Customer care is something that a lot of other industries have long forgotten, from retailing to service stations, there is always something that gets on my nerves a little. I'm pleased to say that the salons that I work with, Toni&Guy Hemel Hempstead and Hair&Jerome have made taking care of their clients a standard and ultimately winning formulae themselves. I would love to visit the Chapel, its so COOL! Well done guys.
