The Sensuality Ball 07

If you couldn’t support yourself or your children through no fault of your own – where would you turn?

If an accident prevented you from working again, who would look after you?

If a debilitating illness meant that you – or a loved one – needed assistance would anyone be prepared to help you?

If you ask the Hair & Beauty Benevolent, the answer to all of these is yes – but we need your support.

Teams appearing include Lisa Shepherd, Errol Douglas, HOB Salons, Richard Ward, Vidal Sassoon, Hooker & Young, Mahogany, Andrew Barton and the Saks Art Team.

How do you apply the allergy skin test?I am annoyed that there is no 'Health and Safety ' guidance and only conflicting advice on the colour leaflets. Some makers say :-
apply 48hours prior to colouring
apply 24 hour prior to colouring
apply 'in salon' 3times and allow to dry
apply to arm
apply to behind ear
do not cover
etc etc
If the client goes home with colour test (not covered) it can stain clothes.
If the client is allergic to the colour and tries to sue, we would surely need to have written/signed proof that the skin test had been applied.
It is time that the makers of tints supplied the hairdresser with relevant documents Anyone out there who can make things clearer please
