Hi guys.
I've been the features editor on HJ for about six years now and I have to say the novelty of working in this fantastic industry has most definitely not worn off! Life on a weekly magazine is constantly manic, and my diary is filled with meetings, interviews, salon openings, product launches, hair and fashion shows, conferences, and pretty much anything that crops up in the industry.
I’m expecting my first baby on 13 December 2006 so right now I have big fashion envy and can’t stand the fact that I can’t fit into this seasons hottest looks, still, it’s a small price to pay for the wonderful prospect of being a mummy.
Right now I am loving Lilly Allen, DKNY Be Delicious perfume, Spooks on a Monday night and chocolate raisins. I’m delighted bobs are back in a big way, they’re so easy to wear and can be personalised to suit anyone.
I’ll be blogging away on our fab new website, so please keep in touch and let me know what you think.

Hi Emma, would just like to say what a great idea it is for you guys to have a web site somewhere for us salon owners to go when we a pretending to be busy in the office!! I would just like to say thank you for your work you did on our salon 29th - 5th Oct issue it was really great and very strange seeing my self and Naomi in such a respected mag, we hope we can find the inside of the covers again sometime soon!!!. I would also like to say thank you for my digital camera that I won in your Cannon Competition it will come in handy with building our portfolio of hair styles on our website "Also Coming Soon!!!" Keep up the good work and any business tips & tricks welcomed
