In September 2006, Larry Annan and his wife Janet bought out the clapped out building his father had previously run the family hairdressing business from.
They had a £70,000 budget and a plan to turn it into a warm, decadent salon.
After much hard work - including having to replace half the roof and the staircase - they realised their vision and opened the Chocolate Rooms.

Design the Next Print for the Corioliss XSE
By participating in the Corioliss design competition, all entrants MUST agree that all copyrights for the designs are transferred to Corioliss. Corioliss reserve the right to adapt the winning designs to ensure manufacturability is of an excellent and print quality.
The final number of votes for the final design must reach a minimum as set by Corioliss. Corioliss reserve the right for the final decision on manufacture of a winning design.
