Liam Curran created witchy ponytails for the KTZ Autumn/Winter 2013 show at London Fashion Week.

Show: KTZ

Stylist: Liam Curran for KMS California

The inspiration: Witchy, slightly gothic, dry texture.

The look: Low ponytails with dry texture and loose sections framing either side of the face.

Get the look: Hair was prepped with FreeShape Quick Blow Dry and HairPlay Sea Salt Spray then smoothly blow-dried, with long Goldwell Color Match extensions added to most models to achieve extreme length.

The ends were deliberately left wispy to enhance the textured feel. Hair was then secured in a low ponytail at the nape with hair wrapped around the base of the pony to hide the join.

A section on either side of the face was left loose to add to the textured look and provide interest - most models were wearing hats so the hair to be quite minimal but still have an edge. Makeover Spray was then sprayed through the lengths to add texture.

Key products: KMS California Freeshape Quick Blow Dry, Hairplay Sea Salt Spray and Hairplay Makeover Spray

The gossip: Horned hats were the order of the day, with plenty of team KTZ rocking the look backstage. This Taurean wants one, please.
