Cancer_Care_ball.jpgThe 13th Breast Cancer Care Fashion Show was a fundraising event with a difference. Held at one of Park Lane's finest spots, the Grosvenor House Hotel, the event was hosted by Gail Porter and, unlike conventional fashion shows, every one of the 24 models have been through, or are living with, breast cancer.

The star-studded night was attended by the likes of the patron of Breast Cancer Care, Cherie Booth, as well as Breast Cancer Care supporters Tara Palmer-Tompkinson, Lisa Snowden, Vanessa Feltz and Geri Halliwell.

Whilst the focus of the event was the fashion show, guests enjoyed a dinner, followed by auction conducted by lord Jeffery Archer, as well as entertainment by Beverley Craven.Cancer-Care-back-stage.jpg

Looking every bit as glamorous and gorgeous as the models that waltzed their way down the runways at London Fashion Week, the models' looks were completed with perfect hair thanks to the Sassoon team.

Mark Hayes, Sassoon International Creative Director, said the event has become a highlight in their calendar.  "Each year we are truly honored to be part of this moving event.

"Using Sassoon Professional products for the catwalk styles, we created understated elegant looks that reflects the Sassoon philosophy of focusing on individuality which complemented the inherent style of these inspirational people."
