A day in the life: jonny engstrom, art director

My early morning routine starts with 30 minutes of yoga, followed by breakfast and a shower. There is never enough time for me in the mornings as I'm not the best in the early hours!

I work at Guy Kremer's hair salon in Winchester - as I live in the town I can walk to work. When I get there I check emails for shows and shoots, then my list of clients for the day.

The company I work for do a lot of national and international work, educating hairdressers worldwide and acting as ambassadors for L'Oreal Professionnel.

If I'm in the salon for the afternoon I'm seeing clients or organising the next show or photoshoot, but I've always got an eye on the salon floors to make sure everything is running smoothly with clients and staff.

I normally finish work between 6pm and 8pm, then I go home to cook some dinner (I love pasta!) and chill out.
