Pure hair lightwater named ghd's top fundraising salon

ghd has announced that Pure Hair Lightwater is its top fundraising salon for the last twelve months, having raised more than £6,300 for Breakthrough Breast Cancer. As well as retailing ghd's limited edition pink stylers, the forward-thinking salon also organised their own charity events - including a salon sports day, pictured above. "We have been thrilled by all the efforts of all our fundraising salons around the UK," said ghd’s managing director for UK & Ireland, Nick Higgins. "But Pure never cease to amaze us. What a fantastic contribution! Year after year the Pure team pull out all the stops to make a difference and we couldn’t be more grateful." The Surrey-based salon raised £6,300 this year, bringing their total contribution to Breakthough Breast Cancer to more than £20,000. As a reward for their efforts, the team will enjoy a pink-themed party worth £2,000 as a reward from ghd.
