Davines launces more inside styling range Davines More Inside London launch The new More Inside styling range from Davines was launched in a showcase of creativity at the Tanner and Co restaurant in Bermondsey, south London. Described by country manager Rachel Wyatt as, "not your average styling products," the seventeen-strong line-up was showcased in three shows by creative teams from Blue Tit London, Concrete Salon and Allilon. Davines artistic director and HJ's current British Hairdresser of Year, Angelo Seminara, explained: "I have worked backstage on the catwalks for more than 15 years and love coming up with new ideas and inventing fresh ways to make women look and feel good. "I have always wanted a styling line with supreme performance, so when Davines asked me to help with the development of More Inside I knew it would be the perfect collaboration." Colour was key, with their own interpretations of the latest Davines Mother of Pearl collection, while styling was inspired by clients and local cool girls; heavy on texture with plenty of Sea Salt Spray. The Concrete Salon team took to the stage next with a trio of looks inspired by 1958; the year that modern youth culture was born. Demonstrating three very different looks, the audience was treated to pastel pin curls inspired by Andy Warhol's Marilyn Monroe diptych, a glossy brunette pin-up girl look and a sleek baby blue crop. Inspiration came from their collaborative work with artist Elizabeth Streb and her One Extraordinary Day performance piece.
