Radio hair salon launches new collection

Radio Hair Salon launched its latest collection with a star-studded champagne reception and live performance from London band, TOY.
The Bumble and bumble flagship salon, located in the heart of Shoreditch, East London, opened its doors to clients and guests - including Keira Knightley and Johnny Borrell - for an exclusive preview of their latest looks.
Art director Mark Hampton teamed up with master photographer Yuval to create a series of beautiful soft-focus prints, inspired by the grainy images created with low-speed film and recreated with a camera obscura technique.
"As much as Radio is a hair salon, I also see it as a gallery," said Mark. "I wanted to create a collection that blended hair with fine art."
Pushing the boundaries further, artists Nicola Steele and Samuel Muir have also been commissioned to rework some of the images, painting over the original pictures to create new works which will be auctioned for charity.
The evening ended with a rousing set from TOY, with an exclusive guest appearance from Rachael Zeffira.
The limited edition images will be given away at a charity raffle on 19 December, with all proceeds donated to Whizz-Kids.
