Hji hearts . . . celebrity makeovers
The outfits were just as extreme with pretty popster Rihanna wearing a mega puff - sleaved penguin suit, complete with bow tie, and Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester in a paisley puffed dress and leggings combo.
Model's mentor Tyra Banks went for a slick updo with an 80's feel and Kate Moss wrapped her hair in a golden turban. Chis Williams, Int Colour Director, Rush London loved some of the looks. "Kate's golden head scarf looks amazing. She steals the show with this risky but incredibly successful wrapped look."
Leighton Meester embraced curls for the event. "Leighton's fun take on a classic 30s style gives her a doll like appearance, which is emphasized by her golden sun kissed tones," says Chris.
Some guests got it wrong, like Agyness Deyn who went for a Marilyn Monroe inspired 'do which looked too old for her delicate features and Madonna turned up wearing a giant, pointy hair scrunchy wrapped around a rubbish top knot.
"Usually a style icon, Madonna couldn't have got it more wrong. It looks like the material in her hair has been stolen from her overly short dress. This bunny look is more Donnie Darko than Playboy," says Chris
Kate Bosworth looked lovely wearing a Veronica Lake style, as Chris explains; "Her icy blonde hair and subtle waves are reminiscent of a bygone Hollywood era and teamed with her scarlet lipstick she looks like a siren of the silver screen."
Even Anne Hathaway, who usually goes for a neat updo or a sleek hair down, was unrecognisable wearing big and bold 70's inspired volume.
