Hi HJI folks I have heard disturbing rumours that the guided learning hours ( I believe that is the correct term) for the new hairdressing standards have been cut. Is this correct, because colleges have a hard time from the rest of us normally but if this is the case then they can not do wonders with less. Can anyone confirm, what the new hours are? Can HABIA help. Who is responsible? A very concerned long in the tooth hairdresser
I am going to be getting married this coming June. When i purchased my dress I was looking for a Modern take on a vintage dress from the -1920's-1930's. I have found such a dress and now although I know I would like the hair up I am not sure what would look best. I have a 61in plain veil and a feather comb 3 and 1/2 in. My hair is at least 18 in long medium thickness has a wave in it that tends to brush out when I comb it and is otherwise just something I throw in a bun.I have a heart shaped face. hoping for a hairstyle that would suit the dress and my face well. Thank you ahead for any help you may be able to give to me. Any ideas for a modern/vintage style to go with my dress?

You will be paid on commission - Videos are downloaded by the public worldwide on a pay-per-view basis... Your payment is given as a percentage of the money collected... Leicestershire salon chain owner, Barrie Stephen, is a great believer in harnessing the power of social media Speak directly with customers Sites like Facebook offer businesses the chance to communicate directly with clients and allow them to speak directly back. Having an online company presence, other than a website, opens up the door for customers and potential customers to contact a business, express their opinions, offer feedback, and see what a salon is planning. Consumers now aren't interested in big faceless companies who don't communicate with their customers, but with businesses who interact, who are interested in individuals, and who show a personal side to their operations
