What's your biggest achievement?

Professionally - Gary: I think my longevity within the industry is my greatest achievement.  

Personally - Gary: It has to be my dogs. I am at the pinnacle of my career and my Great Dane kennel is the most successful kennels on an international level.

Professionally - Michael: Winning our first award together was one of the highest points in my career.

It was such an achievement for people to recognise us as one talent, rather than two hairdressers collaborating together.

Personally - Michael: Our home in Spain is a big achievement for me. I had always wanted somewhere in the sun where Gary and I could go and relax.

Tell us three things no one knows about you.

• Gary: We have just got our newest family member. Jelly is an Affenpinscher, also known as a Monkey Dog and takes our total number of dogs to nine.
• Michael: I pretty much share all of my life on Facebook, so there is no hiding but people might not know that I once seriously considered auditioning for The X Factor!
