Francesco group awards 2019 – celebrating 50 years in the industry

On 23rd June
Francesco Group celebrated their 50th anniversary in the industry at the glamorous Francesco Group Awards 2019.
The event took place at The Vox in Birmingham and hosted spectacular catwalk shows. The guests enjoyed the group’s creative vision and campaign trends for the year ahead.

Claire Chell, shared that “powerful openings to each of the segments were used to capture everyone’s imagination and captivate the audience.”
Long Service awards were given to staff for their support of the company. Jacky Crosby, franchisee of Francesco Group, received a special award for 35 years of service.
The founders of the company, Frank and Pete Dellicompagni, got on stage the share their experience for the last 50 years in the hairdressing industry. Frank commented: "From Francesco Group’s modest beginnings in a Morris Minor van, to where the Group is today is outstanding. We really are a team and most importantly, a family."

Anya Dellicompagni, managing director, shared her excitement to celebrate all the work and effort that salons put into their business.
The event later continued with the Photographic Awards. The stylists housed within FG were encouraged to create images that reflect the brand’s and various commercial trends. The images were presented to the L’Oréal Professionnel and industry press panel of judges.
