Trichologist eva proudman launches christmas wishes campaign for alopecia uk

Eva Proudman, one of the UK’s leading Hair Loss Specialists and Trichologists, hosted a “Christmas Wishes” Campaign in collaboration with Alopecia UK to help raise awareness of the effects of Alopecia within the hairdressing industry. The event was held at Headmasters, Great Portland Street, London. Eva believes it is of paramount importance for hairdressers to understand the various factors surrounding hair loss in order to confidently refer and advise clients in salon. Eva and her team are keen to promote relevant knowledge and education of hair loss conditions within the hairdressing industry and how stylists and salons can play a significant role in helping any client who is suffering from any form of hair loss. Eva invited four very special ladies to join her and her passionate team of hairdressing experts for a day of pampering, transformations and education on their varying Alopecia conditions and worked closely with the Alopecia UK Charity to select women who have each been affected by issues surrounding hair loss. Incredible donations of hair solutions, clothing and a photo shoot experience were provided by sponsors that included Banbury Postiche, Next Retail, Wella Nioxin and Richard Miles Photography. With over 3 million British women now suffering with a form of hair loss, Eva is committed to changing the way the industry works with these conditions in order to promote a wider understanding of these conditions within salons which in turn can promote client loyalty.
