Hbsa hold 90th annual general meeting The Hairdressing and Beauty Suppliers Association (HBSA) held their 90th Annual General Meeting on 28 April 2018. The HBSA is formed of manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers from the lengths and breadth of the Hairdressing and Beauty industry working to help hairdressers and beauticians to work safely, in a safe environment and to deliver the safest service to end consumers. The meeting was held at the Oakley Court Hotel in Windsor was an opportunity for the membership to receive up to date information on the work of the association, to elect new members to the Council and to sign off the annual accounts. Each year a business speaker comes along to motivate and encourage and this year the association welcomed Pauline Sanderson, who has a world record for being the first person to travel from the lowest point on earth, the Dead Sea all the way to the highest point on earth, Mount Everest. Sarah Cawkwell, HBSA president commented: ‘This year’s Annual General Meeting was a great success and the feedback has been excellent. The HBSA is in a unique position to share information and to support members.
