Gatsby & miller join crisis at christmas 2016

The team at multi-award winning salon, Gatsby & Miller, led by Director John Roads are set to join ‘Crisis at Christmas’ this festive season. The Amersham-based team hope to bring some festive cheer to those at the Outreach Centre in North London this year, putting their skills to good use providing haircuts and, of course, laughter and joy. Director John Roads said, ‘In addition to our team we’d welcome anyone from our industry who would like to join us to reach out and bring some goodwill to those in need, if only for one or two shifts, you’d be welcome to join us.’ Ian Richards, Head of Crisis Christmas, said, ‘We would like to thank Gatsby & Miller for volunteering for our Salon service this year.  Crisis at Christmas simply would not be possible without the generosity and dedication of our volunteers.’ Crisis at Christmas is a lifeline for thousands of homeless people. Every year over 10,000 volunteers provide companionship and support to help people take their first steps out of homelessness.  Specialist volunteers from Doctors and Dentists to Hairdressers like you enable Crisis to offer a wide range of services that guests might not have access to during the rest of the year.
