HOB Man, owned by salon group HOB Salons, has re-opened inside the Brent Cross shopping centre. The male grooming salon is now sporting a new look having been completely re-designed and refurbished over the last five weeks.

HOB Man originally opened in 2012 and has since built up a loyal client base of men looking for on-trend styles in a convenient and accessible shopping centre location. With an  high footfall rate and serving in excess of 400 clients per week, the barber salon was due a revamp in order maintain its clean, modern finish and contemporary environment in keeping with the brand.

Innovare design company and Bridley Interiors shopfitters were enlisted to modernise the space, which now features eight barber stations, two backwash units, built-in retail and reception space and large lit-up visuals showcasing HOB’s men’s hair collections.

Alongside the refurb, the HOB team have taken the opportunity to relaunch their services menu which now includes some great value grooming packages designed for clients who want a more comprehensive service. For example, the “Full Works” includes a full cut & finish, luxurious hot towel shave plus brows, ears & nose; the “Chop & Chin” is a cut & finish with beard trim & shaping; and there’s even a “Cut & Product” duo which allows the client to have a cut & finish and then take home their choice of styling product for just £10.

HOB Man also now have their very own range of men’s haircare and styling, exclusively available from HOB Man from end of August. Priced from £15.50, the range contains 12 skus including argan oil haircare and volume-boosting powder, and is housed in sleek black and silver packaging.

The 13-strong team of HOB Man barbers, led by newly promoted Manager Gina are now excited to be back serving their hundreds of clients in the brand new space. “We’re so happy with our new space and some clients have already sent us messages of congratulations”, says Gina, “and with the new services and product range to talk about, we’re all feeling really motivated to take HOB Man to the next level!”.

HOB salons director Clive Collins adds: “During the work, our barbers were able to continue serving our clients out of some of our HOB Salons locations, and now we’re back in business we’ve had some great feedback about the new look and have been pleased to welcome many new clients as well”.
