Schwarzkopf professional launches home delivery service Schwarzkopf Professional has announced the launch of its new home delivery service, helping to support salons by allowing clients to order professional products through their local salon. Schwarzkopf Professional’s home delivery service enables salons’ clients to order home care products from a trusted professional source, keeping salon partners at the centre of the process. The initiative is now up and running for salons across the UK and Ireland. After observing buying pattern data, the Schwarzkopf Professional’s expert team has selected key products from their most popular ranges for the new delivery service. Home care and styling favourites include Mad About, BC, Oil Ultime, OSiS and Silhouette. Whilst Blondme, Chroma ID and Igora Expert Mousse are also available to help with client colour crises during the lockdown. Partnering salons can take advantage of the home delivery scheme by promoting their new service on their own social or direct marketing channels. When salons receive their clients’ orders, they can then place individual or multiple order with their Schwarzkopf Professional sales advisor. Then, Schwarzkopf Professional will pick, pack and despatch the order to the salon customer with the added benefit of complimentary delivery.  A minimum £30 order applies. “This new home delivery service is a win-win for salons and salon clients alike,” says Julian Crane, general manager, Henkel Beauty Care Professional UK & Ireland. “It’s a fantastic opportunity for salons to keep in touch both supportively and meaningfully with clients and will open up the opportunity for consultations online and the sharing of techniques for using our colour depositing heroes to best effect. Essentially, clients continue to receive an incredibly personal and bespoke service from their salons,” he says. All Schwarzkopf Professional partner salons can take advantage of the service, helping to continue a connection with clients while keeping the home care service strictly professional.
