The established and successful US brand, founded in 2015, aims to improve the lives of hair professionals worldwide. Jack Winn Pro believes that creating better products starts with using better ingredients. The brand’s innovative portfolio of professional products are formulated with the highest quality all-natural botanical and pharmaceutical-grade ingredients, so that stylists create the best results for their clients.
Split into Professional Colour, Repair & Protect and Care & Style collections, each product is born from continuous improvement and innovation, and carefully crafted to produce the healthiest hair possible.
Every product intends to be better than the last. Each shade of colour is individually formulated in small vats to create hair colour that is true to tone, making both clients' colour and hair health noticeable. Additionally, the colour products are manufactured in a sustainable facility, in a water-rich area in Italy, that both creates and uses most of its own solar energy; a double osmosis process returns waste water completely clean back into the environment.
Better Education
Education is at the heart of the Jack Winn Pro business and the team believes that quality education makes stylists more successful when sharpening their technical and business skill sets. From online education to in-person classes across the country, stylists have access to education here.
Plus, there is a full library of education also available from the Jack Winn Pro Official Facebook group. It is open to all licensed professionals and full of product and ingredients knowledge, past segments of education bootcamp series, and information from stylists who already use and love the products.

Expert Business Model
The Jack Winn Pro referral commissions programme supports stylists’ professional growth with products, tools and education designed to transform their business and revenue stream. Stylists are paid monthly for their loyalty and for referring other stylists, encouraging them to work with other stylists to create a community whilst simultaneously building their own business. On average, stylist referrals generate between 5-20% for every stylist they refer. Stylists also receive a commission from client retail purchases, which goes directly to them.
