Phenix Salon Suites, a flexible workplace for hair and beauty professionals, has plans to open its second UK site, following the huge success of its first venue in Manchester. The site is set to open in the heart of Birmingham city centre.
The intimate salon space in Birmingham promises to provide an experience like no other, and is set to further enhance the brand’s reputation as a leading alternative to stylists either renting a chair or dealing with the challenges of owning their own salon.
The second site will be at 2 Snowhill, considered as one of Birmingham's premier buildings, and will have 33 units. Each one can be personalised by its new tenants, with every small business owner given the option to decorate or brand it however they would like in order to create their very own space.
Hairdressers and barbers will all be provided with a backwash, styling chair and hair trolley, with the bonus of no long-term contracts or hidden costs. Other facilities that tenants will have access to include a break room or kitchen space, an on-site laundry room with free use of commercial equipment for fast washing and drying, as well as secure 24/7 access via an intercom system.
Phenix Salon Suites also offers all tenants colour education and business mentoring. This gives those just starting out on their self-employed journey the security of having a renowned business owner’s support.

The Birmingham workspace covers 6,400 sq ft. and includes features such as a custom-built mezzanine floor, exclusive colour bar, air conditioning in each suite and high spec finishes throughout.
