Patricia nikole announced as new wella professionals brand ambassador Wella Professionals has announced colourist Patricia Nikole as its new brand ambassador. Nikole has built a reputation for her signature ‘painted hair’ techniques and for her influential social media presence. She is joining forces with the world-leading salon professional colour brand. She has significantly impacted the industry with a 900k strong follower fan base on Instagram, rising as one of the world’s most prominent hair artists on social media as evidenced by the transformative power that the medium has brought to the hairdressing scene in recent years. "Color and education are my shared passions with Wella Professionals,” says Nikole. “I am honoured to collaborate with this iconic brand in its creative direction and to inspire and support a new generation of hairdressers to thrive in this wonderful industry of ours.” In her new role, she will collaborate exclusively with Wella Professionals across a broad spectrum of areas including content creation, digital transformation, creative collaboration, product co-creation, colour techniques, education innovation and influencer marketing. She will also create inspirational looks and serve as spokesperson for the brand. In other news, KKR has acquired a majority stake in Coty Professional Beauty. Among other brands in the group, Coty will make Wella, as well as Wella Professionals, a standalone company in which KKR will acquire a 60 percent stake and Coty will retain 40 percent.
