Haircuts4homeless launches ambassador programme

Haircuts4homeless launches ambassador programme Haircuts4Homeless (H4H), the registered charity set up by veteran hairdresser Stewart Roberts, launches its all-new Ambassador Programme. Already highly praised for providing homeless people with free haircuts, Haircuts4Homeless is now on a mission to give even more to those less fortunate. The Ambassador Programme is a brand-new way for hair salons, barbers and spas throughout the UK to support the charity. Participating salons will be asked to add £1 to the charge for selected Haircuts4Homeless services, which will then go towards a haircut or service for a person in need. It's so easy for salons to get involved, you can simply display the Haircuts4Homeless logo on chosen services on your price list. This can be used as an incentive to promote services, whether it’s giving exposure to a junior stylist or upselling a backwash treatment. With the £1 donation, Haircuts4Homeless will be able to fund not just a haircut, but a kind gesture that lets a homeless person know that people really care. Stewart Roberts, the founder of Haircuts4Homeless, says, “One of people’s basic rights is for them to feel good about themselves and Haircuts4Homeless has always been about helping people to achieve that. The hairdressing industry is known for its generosity and willingness to help people and now there is another way to get behind this great cause and empower more homeless people to reclaim the self-worth and dignity they deserve.” Stewart adds, “Whether it’s a little or lot, the ongoing support, including from the new Ambassador Programme all counts towards the ‘capital’ of Haircuts4Homeless which enables us to deliver, grow & develop this service for the homeless.”
