Denman's stage star competition 2021 launches!

Denman Stage Star seeks out the newest exciting hair platform artist from across the UK and Ireland and gives them a chance to shine live on stage at Salon International. Now in its sixth year the Denman Stage Star has grown into one of the UK's leading creative hairdressing competitions. The growth of the competition and sheer caliber of entrants has led to Denman to seriously up the prize for winning the coveted Stage Star title in 2021. For the second year, the 2021 winner will get to create their very own collection and present the looks live on stage! Photographed by British Hairdresser of the Year Award winning photographer Des Murray, the winner will be taken through how to create and present a collection form mood board to models and then get to photograph the collection and present it live on stage at a major hairdressing event. Plus, the winner will also receive one year of education and creative guidance from world leading academy Allilon plus one-to-one sessions with Denman Ambassadors. And that's not all… the winner will also get to work with the Denman team on their creative shoots, attend prestigious industry events and gala dinners, work on product development and of course receive a comprehensive set of all Denman products and tools.

How to enter Denman Stage Star 2021

Entering Stage Star is simple; send an email to [email protected] with your creative hair work, stage experience and a little bit about you, and that’s it.  Entrants must be passionate about hair and have the confidence and technical skill to be able to share your visions and techniques in front of a live audience. Closing date: 10 September 2021 The four best entrants will then get to battle to become the 2021 Denman Stage Star live on the main HJ Live stage at Salon International on Monday 18 October. Working in front of a live audience and a team of elite industry judges, the finalists will show their talents, knowledge and platform skills with one lucky winner being crowned Denman Stage Star 2021.
