New competition series The Big Blow Out, will be coming to our screens later this year on E4. Hosted by AJ Odudu, 11 experienced and hair-obsessed stylists will compete in a series of 'jaw-dropping and extravagant hair challenges, that will take each stylist’s creative flare and talent and push it to the next level', as said by Channel 4. This will be the first ever series of the competition which will be judged by the legendary hair guru Sam McKnight and award-winning hairdresser Lisa Farrall. Together with a weekly guest judge, Sam and Lisa will use their expert knowledge and experience as they guide the competing stylists to produce incredible hairstyles each episode, as they take on two creative challenges. The judges will also decide who is sent home and who will be named The Big Blow Out champion. The stylists will be pushed to their limits as they face strict styling demands from real clients, racing around the clock, as well as the 'Masterpiece' challenge where they will need to showcase their own individual creativity and skills to produce spectacular creations.
