Beautiful braids by balmain hair couture & sam mcknight

A mirrored catwalk in the beautiful L’Hotel Potocki, Paris saw the launch of the Balmain Autumn/Winter Collection for 2017/18.
As names including Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner walked the runway in printed velvets, crystal beading and fringing in a multitude of fabrics, the hair – created by Sam McKnight and assisted by a team including Yesmin O’Brien – featured beautiful braids on the scalp and long, glossy, blunt finished ponytails, that perfectly complemented the latest collection from the House of Balmain. And to finish the looks, gold or black lip clips were combined with heavy black eyeliner.
