Lfw trend report: english roses at daks To complement the fresh faced 'English Rose' look at DAKS, Lead Stylist, Stephen Low from Neville Hair & Beauty created two looks. The alternate styles - one up and one down- were chosen specifically for each girl by Filippo, the brand's Creative Director.

Get the Look - DAKS

Look 1

To prep the hair for the first, Low applied Tecni.ART Beach Waves to create a three day- old, “gritty” texture. Rough-drying the hair forward, he added a centre parting and wrapped large sections of the lengths around a medium-sized tong. Twisting it into a chignon, he let the subtle hint of movement set – before letting it lose again and blasting it with cold air to add separation. Letting the hair hang long and lose, it gently framed the sides of the face.

Look 2

DAKS 2 Look two is an undone twist – styled as if the girls had simply thrown it up themselves. Again, Beach Waves added the slept-in texture before hair was parted at the centre. Massaging  Tecni.ART Liss Control Plus through the roots to bolster that day-old feel, Low then twisted the hair up at the crown, pinning it in place with three or four grips. Allowing soft wisps to escape from the twist and at the front, he finished with a light misting of Infinium Hairspray as the girls entered the line-up.
