Why HJ Live London is a Must for Barbers and Men’s Hairdressers
HJ Live London is back! Running for two days at London ExCel (from Sunday 24 February to Monday 25 February) here’s five reasons why it’s a must-visit for barbers and men’s hairdressers…
- It’s free!
First things first, when you register in advance, entry to HJ Live London is totally free. So you can experience and get access to everything below, without digging into your wallet (welcome news at this time of the year).
- Live barbering and men’s hairdressing education
HJ Men stage in association with Wahl, is back and better than ever for 2019. It’s set to be a great line-up that will demo cutting edge barbering skills (make sure to catch Outline Creative Team on Sunday) and seamlessly blend hairdressing and barbering techniques (get front-row seats for Ross Charles’ act). It will feature some big barbering names such as Tom Chapman, Murdock London, the Wahl Artistic Team as well as esteemed men’s hairdressers such as Jonathan Andrew, Christian Wiles and Toni & Guy’s Charlie Cullen and Dexter Dapper Johnson. Scroll down to see the full list of acts performing over the two days.
- You can watch nail-biting live competitions
The British Barbering Association are bringing the finals of Britain’s Best Shave and Britains Best Barber to London’s ExCel. Held within the famous BBA boxing ring, the live competition of Best Shave will take place on Sunday 24 February and the Best Barber will take place on the Monday 25 February.
- Top barbering brands will be exhibiting
There will be a dedicated men’s section at the show. Wahl, The Bluebeards Revenge and Andis, plus more, will all be exhibiting with their new launches and show offers.
- Don’t miss out on networking, networking, networking opportunities
You’ll be surrounded by fellow barbers and mens’ hairdressers at HJ Live London all keen to network and chat about everything from the latest clipper innovation to new partnerships. HJ Live London not only attracts those from the South of the UK but from the whole of the country and will even include international visitors too. You’ll also find the British Barbering Association (BBA) at the show – head to their stand for industry advice and information on how to become a member or BBA-approved business.
