Pre-lighten the hair to a light blonde to achieve this level of colour vibrancy (technicians used XP Bleach on Elle) Leave to develop for 30 minutes and then wash. Next, apply Celeb Luxury Viral Extreme Yellow through the hair — applying at the washbasin. Leave to process for 30 minutes.

Style
