PIC 3 frock exchange 008.jpgSaks Bromsgrove, Worcestershire has raised £1,235 for Cancer Research UK by holding an eveningwear frock exchange at the salon.

Frock exchanging, or swishing, is catching on across the globe as a way of recycling and saving money - perfect for those who want to combine environmental awareness with frugality.

Guests at the Saks event were greeted with a complimentary glass of pink Champagne a selection of canapés, and a chocolate tasting. The event also included a jewellery sale and demonstrations from Fake Bake and Elemis.

Guests were encouraged to bring up to three items of clothing that they were happy to exchange.

The night also featured a raffle with the top prize of a pamper hamper, including hair and beauty products and treatments worth more than £700.
