Meet the first online training provider to be accredited by the good salon guide Salon coaching academy Salon Jedi has become the first online training provider to be accredited by the Good Salon Guide. Salon Jedi has been supporting salons globally for 10 years with an array of innovative digital salon business and mindset training courses. Owner Caroline Sanderson's proven coaching method has put numerous salons back on track, releasing salon owners from recurring issues around staffing, negative thoughts and behaviours that hold their business back, and issues with reaching and retaining clients. Throughout lockdown Caroline supported the hair community with essential free training resources, and her website is packed with invaluable courses for salon owners. During COVID19 the online academy had an upgrade and has now introduced their first low cost membership at £27 a month to access over 20 salon business boosting courses. Other courses include Fully Booked From Facebook and 8 Week Salon Transformation.  Caroline says: “It’s great to see digital being recognised and accredited as although it seems new, we’ve been doing this for 10 years. "Digital lends itself to our current circumstances and we used our time during COVID to expand and update the site to make it more accessible to more people. Digital is here to stay because it’s such a good solution, and while there’s a special magic about live events, I’ve always been a huge fan of digital training for its convenience and immediacy. "I’ve trained people from Australia, Namibia, all over the globe! It’s not unusual to find people from every continent on our live webinars so this delivery method means you can reach and help more people. "All experience the same issues, and while there’s nuances in the different markets (for example there’s more booth rental in America) generally everything boils down to universal issues such as limiting beliefs around money, cheap or no marketing – I’ve spoken everywhere from the UK & Ireland to San Diego, Florida - it’s the same problems everywhere you go." The Good Training Guide was launched around 10 years ago to help identify high standards in hair and beauty training.
