Headmasters Hold Annual Apprentice Day
More than 200 apprentices flocked to Thorpe Park for the Headmasters Annual Apprentice Day, an opportunity to inspire and motivate the level 2 and 3 apprentices and open their minds to the careers open to them.
The day began with the team sharing stories about their journeys so far, how to increase their social media presence in the industry and how to be a successful stylist and how to enter awards and the opportunities they bring.
The apprentices also enjoyed a live men’s hairdressing workshop from MITCH, before the winners of the Headmasters House of Innovation competition were announced. This competitions recognises the creative talent from the apprentices in colour, cutting, session styling and men’s hairdressing, and were judged by Adam Reed, Sophia Hilton, Andrew Barton and Jeremy Davies Barbella.
The Headmasters Talent Squad finished the day with a presentation of their Achromatic collection, before it was time to enjoy the rides. CEO Raju Raymond said: “Today is a chance to show the apprentices how much we appreciate all of their hard work and to remind them of the amazing career opportunities at Headmasters.”
