The hairdressers’ charity scottish golf day announced
The Hairdressers’ Charity has teamed up with one of the top golf destinations in the world, Gleneagles, to host a charity golf day on Tuesday 16th May 2017. So if you’re part of the hairdressing industry and a day of golfing on a PGA course really sounds ace, then this is the event for you. The PGA Centenary Course was the venue for the 2014 Ryder Cup where European and American golfers battled on Scottish soil for the first time in 40 years. Whilst enjoying a competitive game of golf, you’ll be in the heart of the Gleneagles experience. Places cost £195 per person and include a day of golf, breakfast, golf carts and a dinner in the clubhouse. There are also sponsorship opportunities available for the holes and awards, starting at £250. The charity has been running a golf day for many years, and this year’s Biggin Hill Kent Golf Day will be on 9th June, but this is the first time the charity has run the event in Scotland. Organiser and charity committee member, Peter Belcher added, “We were keen to bring an event to Scotland and to the home of golf. We have already been overwhelmed by the support for the day and are looking forward to being able to raise some much needed funds for helping hairdressers in need.” For bookings and further information about the event please contact the office 01737 212494 or email [email protected]
