Haircuts4Homeless to Hold Star-Studded Pop-Up London Event
Haircuts4Homeless will be holding a pop-up event providing free haircuts for the homeless in London next month.
Running during British Beauty Week 2021, the pop-up can be found at Mark Wooley’s Electric Salon, Rathborne Place in London’s West End on Thursday 9 September from 11am – 1pm, with Haircuts4Homeless founder Stewart Roberts on-hand for the day.
On the event, Stewart commented: “It is a real opportunity to give some homeless people a well-earned boost in their self-esteem and to make them feel really special.”
Joining Stewart will be a number of celebrity hairdressers for the day, such as Errol Douglas MBE, Declan Shiels, Nicola Harrowell and Louis Byrne.
Last year, Haircuts4Homeless collaborated with the British Beauty Council during the British Beauty Week to open up a pop-up salon in Covent Garden for homeless people. For this event, celebrity hairdressers such as Adam Reed, Neil Moodie, Johnny Sapong and Leigh Keates.
Photographer Jack Eames will also be present to capture shots of the event on the day.
