  A hint of grey in the hair is  normally enough to send most women running to their colourist, but for MTV presenter Lilah Parsons, silver makes a strikingly stylish statement. Following in the footsteps of Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Kelly Osbourne, Lilah is the latest star to go grey prematurely - although she's taken a less drastic approach by opting for a dip-dyed finish. Blending from brunette to blonde to platinum grey, Lilah's creative dip-dye is the perfect choice for a young colour chameleon, and an edgier option than the usual pastels we see used in this technique.
