Lady gaga goes back to black with the natural look

  Lady Gaga has been absent from our red carpets for a few months, so it was a shock to see her out and about this weekend - and her look took us by surprise too. Never one for the natural look, this might just be the first time we've seen Gaga with her hair (relatively) untouched. There's been a liberal dousing of black dye, but the cut and texture both look extension-free and au natural. Of course, she wouldn't be Gaga if there wasn't something a little crazy going on - and this time it's the bleached brows to create a catwalk-worthy ethereal look. I'm sure her hair is benefiting from a break in the extensions and crazy colour, but Gaga just isn't Gaga to me when she looks so normal. Roll on the next red carpet appearance!
