As hair salons prepare to reopen L'Oréal Professional Products Division has launched a new Business Bounce Back Guide for hair professionals alongside a new client campaign called #HairProsKnowBest.
The aim of both of these initiatives is to get salon owners and stylists ready for reopening and clients excited about visiting their hair salon and sitting in the stylist's chair again.

L’Oréal Professional Products Division, which includes L’Oréal Professionnel Paris, Kérastase, Matrix, Biolage and Redken, launched a Business Bounce Back Guide in 2020 to help salons hairdressers prepare to reopen following the initial lockdowns across the UK last year.
The new 2021 Bounce Back Guide is available for all hair businesses and hair professionals for free on the online L’Oréal Access platform and it is an up to date guide filled with support and advice for the safe reopening of salons across the UK with content relevant for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The Bounce Back Guide 2021 is useful resource for all hair professionals, regardless of whether you work in a L’Oréal Professional Products Division salon and covers a variety of topics including:
