British hairdressing awards

Wow, what a week! It's been party, party, party and I for one am exhausted! Sunday saw the Black Hair/Wahl Awards, with Marlon Wright from M&M Hair Academy taking the Afro Stylist of the Year award, and Monday was the biggest night in hairdressing, the British Hairdressing Awards. About 2,000 hairdressers descended on the Grosvenor House hotel in London with their gladrags on to find out who would be named as best in British. And they weren't disappointed. The 16 regional and specialist award winners all created outstanding collections that were inspiring and awe-inspiring, letting the world know that British hairdressing is without doubt, the best in the world.
