Barber set to cut hair for 24 hours in barberthon charity event Award-winning barber Tom Baxter is set to hold a 24 hour 'Barberthon' to support the charity Tiny Lives Trust. Sponsored by OSMO, the haircutting event will run from 8am Sunday 29 April until 8am Monday 30 April. The charity Tiny Lives Trust supports premature and sick newborn babies and their families on the Neonatal Unit at the RVI hospital in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Taking place at Tom Baxter Hair Salon in Newcastle-upon-Tyne the event sponsors OSMO will be providing attendees with hero hair products and supporting the event via social media globally. Tom's clients can ordinarily expect to wait up to three months for an appointment, but for 24 hours Tom will constantly keep his chair open. Anyone can book a place in the chair, contact [email protected] for availability. To support the Tiny Lives Trust, donations are welcomed via the dedicated giving page. The money will go towards buying special incubators that will improve the living conditions of premature and sick babies. Good luck Tom!
